Advance Reading Copy. Spiral bound with card covers. SIGNED by author. Quarto.  Five hundred copies of the unedited typescript were printed and bound and individually signed by James Herbert. This is number 201 of 500. There is a slight fault - pages 358 to 383 have a small folded tear on bottom edge, extending 1/8 inch (3mm) up the page, the back cover has a matching small fold, but thankfully no tear. The price reflects the slight damage

First American Edition. A near fine book (light smudge on bottom- not a remainder mark) in near fine price-clipped dust jacket (deep but small scratch on the d of sending on the spine).
