Reprint. A very good paperback book. One small scuff on spine. Seemingly unread

First edition. An ex-library copy with associated defects. Structurally, a very good book. although slightly cocked. However the dustjacket has been sliced and the front laminated in position (sl ight split to laminate at the top of the front cover. Black insulating tape has been placed over the spine and a dyno tape label with the author and title placed over. A sold sticker has been placed o ver t he laminate. A bar code label has been applied on the rear cover, with pocket on inside rear cover, and checkout sticker on facing page. Sellotape marks on front and rear inner cover. One stamp on inner rear cover. Strange that 25 years of readers did less damage to the book than the library did. The book itself has one small fold on p163. Still rare

First edition thus. First penguin paperback. A good+ book. Reading creases to spine amd two small creases to front cover, small booksellers sticker to rear cover, otherwise unmarked, clean and bright.
